Vehicles that are ours and are new. Serviced after every single tour under a workshop policy, not when something breaks.

Transparent pricing. The tier tables on every tour page are the actual prices, per person, at each group size. No hidden costs and no surprises at the gate.
Fair treatment of the crew. Guides, cooks and porters are paid properly. This is the part budget operators cut first, and it is invisible to you until it is not.

02 — The uncomfortable bit

Very cheap tours have to come from somewhere.

A quote well below everyone else’s is not a bargain that the rest of the industry has missed. It is paid for — by the crew’s wages, by equipment that should have been replaced, by a guide working days off, or by fees that get quietly added later.

We would rather lose the booking than run that trip. If our price is higher than a quote you have been given, ask both of us what is in it. The comparison is usually short.
