Five things, roughly.

When — even approximate weeks. Season changes both the wildlife and the price.
How many of you, and whether any are children. Per-person prices fall as the group grows.
How many days you have on the ground, excluding the flights.
What you most want — the migration, the crater, the summit, walking, birds, the beach, quiet.
Which tier, or a budget. Camping to Premium is the same route at four very different nightly standards.

02 — What happens next

A route, then a conversation.

We come back with a suggested route, the lodges at your tier, and the real per-person total. If it does not fit, we change it — that is the normal case, not an exception.
